HELLO,
I'm Megan
I'm so glad you're here!
I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and creating spaces where genuine connection can happen. Every person has a unique journey that has shaped who they are, and I believe we all have something valuable to bring to the table.
Here's a little of my story...
I was born in South Africa and studied Occupational Therapy at Stellenbosch University. After graduating, my love of adventure led me to the United Kingdom, where I met my husband. I chose to specialise in neurological rehabilitation and I found great joy in working as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping people rebuild their lives through meaningful, purpose-driven work.

Travel has always been a big part of my life. My husband and I were fortunate to spend a year travelling around the world—an experience that broadened our perspectives, deepened our appreciation for different cultures, and shaped the way we see people and community.
We've now been happily married for over 21 years and have three wonderful children. Alongside raising our family, I've studied Life and Business Coaching and have had the privilege of learning right alongside our children throughout our homeschooling journey.
Some of the things I love most are spending time with my family, baking sourdough, travelling, staying active, and living a healthy lifestyle. I also value authentic community, lifelong learning, generosity, wellbeing, and learning how to navigate conflict with kindness and grace.
Teaching is one of my greatest joys. I love creating interactive, hands-on experiences where people can learn practical skills, grow in confidence, laugh together, and leave feeling encouraged. For me, it's never just about making great bread—it's about creating meaningful moments around the table where friendships can begin and community can flourish.
My sourdough workshops are just the beginning. I have so many ideas for future workshops and gatherings that bring people and teams together to learn, create, share stories, and enjoy the simple joy of being around the table. Click “here” to learn more.
I'd love to welcome you to a workshop and get to know your story.
See you around the table soon.
With love,
Megan
